Carter Hintz

Carter Hintz resides in the Kansas City Metro and currently teaches choir at Grain Valley High School. He earned a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Education from the University of Central Missouri, studying with Adam Zrust, Jackson Thomas, and Stella Roden. Upon graduation, he received the Outstanding Vocal Music Education Award and the Outstanding Vocal Student Award.
In addition to teaching, Carter has maintained a private voice, piano, and guitar studio, and he sings with KC VITAs, a professional vocal ensemble in Kansas City. He is currently pursuing a Master of Music Education degree at Florida State University under the guidance of Kevin Fenton. Carter spends much of his free time composing, playing with his dog, and spending time with friends and family.
